Ridiculously large lowered basin - no grab rails and too low unless the wheelchair cushion is first removed!

1 vertical grab rail. Impossible / dangerous to use!

Cannot tuck under the huge basin with a wheelchair as it is to low.

Basin is difficult to use as explained above.

Large and awkward- shaped armchair restricts access around the room. Behind the chair is the wide window cill - the only flat storage space available.
