Not perfect, but way better than most every other hotel.

Overview
What Morton's House don't tell you on their web site is that there are just three hard disabled bays in their otherwise very loose gravel carpark - and nor do they say that the only pavement on that road is on the opposite side, with the nearest dropped kerb 25 yards or more away. They also don't say that their block of 'disability' rooms is down a steep, bendy and narrow slope and has no hand rails. Nor do they say that if you want equipment in your bathroom (e.g. a seat in the shower, or rails by the toilet) you have to ask. But, all this said, the site really did work for my mobility issues. Slopes, yes, but no steps that I found - and the restaurant really did work for those on wheels or frames. Pleanty of space, and a layout that doesn't mean shifting things around each time a wheelchair came along. All in all, an excellent place to have stayed.
Transport & Parking
Although better than many hotels, needs increased provision for disabled parking.
Access
Excellent physical access, although the slope to the 'disability' rooms would be improved by adding handrails
Toilets
Excellent - only remember to ask them for handrails if you need them.
Staff
Very good indeed.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Not only would I go there again, I would recommend that others do too.
