Moor Hall Hotel & Spa is a four star country house hotel set in beautiful parkland, within easy reach of Birmingham. The hotel is approached via a stunning tree lined avenue and on arrival you'll find 83 comfortable bedrooms, two restaurants and a bar, a leisure club and spa, 6 meeting rooms and outdoor grounds with a historical sunken garden and woodlands to explore. The hotel a rich history dating back to the 16th century when it was owned by Bishop Vesey, who frequently entertained Henry VIII. Moor Hall has been owned by the Webb family for over 60 years now, and we believe that it’s this personal touch that sets us apart. Pre–arrivals For pre-arrival assistance please contact our Reservations team on 0121 308 3751. Reception There are no steps at the entrance to Reception. Bedrooms We have 2 specially adapted spacious ground floor bedrooms for customers with disabilities - 1 room has fully disabled access with a wet room and walk in shower plus emergency pull cords and 1 has partial accessibility; both are easily accessible by wheelchair. Please contact our Reception team before booking so we can be sure to find you a room to suit your requirements - if you have difficulty walking but do not need a specially adapted room please request a room near reception on the ground floor for easy access. Please note that a number of bedrooms are in the original part of the house which was built in 1905 and therefore can only be accessed by stairs. Restaurants, Bars, Meeting & Event Rooms The Oak Room, Country Kitchen, bars and Charter Suite are located on the ground floor and have direct access from the entrance, with no steps. The Terrace can be accessed via a ramp leading from the Ladywood room. Our first floor meeting and event rooms can only be accessed by stairs. Leisure Club & Spa There are steps at the Leisure Club entrance but we have a ramp available and you can also gain access to the Club via the hotel (no steps). Access to the spa treatment rooms, gym and spa lounge is via a lift. The pool is accessed via 2 steps and there is a handrail to assist entry. An emergency button is located at the poolside. There is a disabled changing room with an emergency alarm cord.

Toilets

There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor, just along the corridor from reception. The toilet has vertical rails either side of the toilet and an emergency alarm pull cord.
