Venue Description

Mollett’s Farm is a well located, family-run country business off the A12 in Suffolk with accessible self-catering accommodation and our own Caravan Club CL touring site. We have done our utmost to make the Suffolk experience accessible to all, providing a range of accommodation to suit all needs. Our three ground-floor studio apartment are individually designed and furnished to provide easy access for all our guests, without compromising on style or comfort. Double or twin beds, ADM-compliant wet-room shower & toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s even a patio to enjoy the sunset!

Accessibility

From the moment you arrive, everything is straight-forward and on one level. Smooth paving guides you from the car park all the way into your apartment, via our south-facing courtyard. The main entrance and internal doors are wide and have level thresholds. Universal access ensures that everybody benefits from generous – wheelchair-friendly – spaces, with furniture that has been thoughtfully selected and everything placed within easy reach. The kitchen has a lowered work surface and sink, with a built-in fan oven & grill, fridge and dishwasher below; and microwave, kettle and toaster.

We have partnered with leading design company 'motionspot' to create beautiful wet-rooms, each of which has no-step access to the thermostatic shower, handy grab-rails and even low surface-temperature towel rails. Bathroom door = 90 cm wide (level threshold) Flooring = tiled throughout Heating = electric underfloor with individual room controls
