Our Pier Ticket Office and Pier Boarding Points are both accessible via steps or a ramp for those visiting in wheelchairs or with walking aids. If you're planning to experience the London Eye River Cruise, kindly reserve a wheelchair time slot in advance as well. Please note that only standard-sized wheelchairs can be accommodated on board. The London Eye River Cruise entrance is ramped with lift access to the upper and lower decks. Lifts are only to be operated by our staff.

Guests can now enjoy the London Eye River Cruise in a new British Sign Language (BSL) friendly format. Learn awesome facts about the iconic landmarks situated along River Thames as you sit back and enjoy a 45 minute cruise. Setting sail from The London Eye Pier, you'll witness iconic landmarks like the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben (Palace of Westminster), St. Paul's Cathedral, Tate Modern, Tower of London, and Tower Bridge before returning to your starting point.
