With over 70 boutiques, designer clothing stores, leisure activities, restaurants and cafés, Livingston Designer Outlet isn’t merely Scotland’s largest designer outlet. You’ll discover a wide range of stores, offering something to suit every taste, including iconic fashion brands such as Fred Perry, Kurt Geiger, Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger, alongside athletic sportswear brands such as Nike, Adidas and Puma, and high-street favourites like M&S and Next.

Accessibility

There is step-free access throughout the centre, all entrances are clearly marked and there is automatic doors or push pad at all entrances. All levels from the multi-storey car park have lifts to allow access to the main mall and internally there is escalator and lift access between the first and second floors.

Toilets

We have multiple accessible toilets available to make your experience easier. Our accessible toilet facilities are located on the lower mall near to our Guest Service area, behind Claire's and also near to Adidas. On the Upper Mall an accessible toilet can be found next to the VUE cinema. Radar Ket scheme is in operation of the facilities located behind Claire's, keys are available for purchase from Guest Services. Within the male lower mall main toilet facilities, we have a unit that provides a discreet and hygienic way to dispose of incontinence waste products. The Changing Places facility is located in the Lower Mall West End toilets (near Adidas), next to the existing accessible toilets. The facility includes a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench and tracking hoist system and is accessible via a video entrance system.

Staff

Hearing loops are available at Guest Service. Our staff undergo diversity and inclusion training to aid in assisting in the guest journey. Many of the staff have been trained to be “Dementia Friends” and can assist with individuals experiencing the effects of Alzheimer’s. Many staff have also carried out traing to provide assitance to guest who may be blind/partially sighted or deaf. The onsite team also has a number of Mental health First Aiders. Our team will be more than happy to help where we can.
