Overview
The staff were very friendly and helpful - with the typical Liverpudlian humour - but were let down by the venue!
Transport & Parking
We didn't look for parking areas - we were staying overnight.
Access
The step is almost non-existent on the left, but too high on the right for a low-level machine
Toilets
There was 1 accessible toilet near my theatre seat in the stalls - which meant a huge queue at the interval.
Staff
As noted before, they were very helpful but let down by the OLD theatre.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
As usual, I phoned ahead to arrange accessible seats - a little tricky to get through to the appropriate person.
