Overview
I have been going to legoland since 2012 and since covid they changed the way you get help. I used to get a wristband to show I am in need of extra help. You now need a card and to use the app. Which confused me and stressed me out. Also legoland is set over a large hill. So good points it has a train that has a ramp to get on and a good sensory room but some staff are very rude if your a disabled adult.

Even when I was in a wheelchair and had a card I was told I didn’t do the priority queueing right. This was the second time this same staff member made me feel I had to explain myself as I went a month before but used my Walker and was told I wasn’t disabled
