Venue Description

Leeds Corn Exchange is a Grade 1* listed building and shopping centre based in the heart of Kirkgate, Leeds. Designed by revered British architect Cuthbert Broderick, the Corn Exchange opened its doors to corn traders in 1864. Today, it is the home of independent retail and food traders in a burgeoning creative neighbourhood in the Kirkgate area of Leeds.

Accessibility

Leeds Corn Exchange is fully accessible through its front entrance. A new stone ramp sweeps round the building leading to level access through one of the gates. There is also a secondary ramp entrance direct into the basement which opens in Summer '19. The venue has a lift and disabled toilet facilities.

Toilets

Leeds Corn Exchange has accessible toilet facilities on the lower ground floor level, with easy locks and taps. The toilet is door is wide enough for all wheelchairs.
