Accessibility

We have ramps to enter the centre, step free access around the centre, accessible toilets and a lift. We also have clear signage all around the facility and easy-reach door handles as well as low reception desk for easy access.

We have accessible toilets on the ground and first floor (we also have a lift). Toilets have easy grip rails and accessible door handles.

Staff

All staff have completed Delivering Excellent Customer Service for Disabled Customers training in partnership with Swim England.
