Venue Description

Jubilee House is a five bedroom property, situated by Stonehaven’s beautiful harbour with its pubs and restaurants. The property is on two floors, the second floor is accessed by stairs. Each room has two beds that can be configured as single or double beds, sleeping a maximum of ten people. The property is small dog friendly with a maximum of one dog at an extra cost. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, three with en-suite shower and toilet facilities. One bedroom is situated next to a bathroom with over the bath shower and there is also a toilet. The bedroom on the ground floor is next door to a walk in ‘wet room’ this being suitable for a wheel chair user. There is a small courtyard and private car parking for two cars or a small mini bus. The property has WiFi, kitchen, dinning room and lounge. Jubilee House is close to all the local shops and the surrounding area has many beautiful places to visit, such as Dunnottar Castle and the Art Deco swimming pool.

Accessibility

The house has access to disabled visitors, but only on the first floor. There is a very small raised lip on the door to the property.
