Accessibility

Entrance: Disabled car parking spaces x 4 close to the entrance. Drop-off is possible at the main door. Double doors at the entrance are not automatic opening. There is one lowrise step to navigate from the car park. Restaurant & Ballroom: The Redwood Restaurant and Ballroom are on ground level with no steps. Access to the garden terrace would be externally, via the driveway. Bedrooms: There are 4 Easy Access rooms within the hotel. Important to note these rooms are only accessible internally via a maximum of 3 sets or 3 steps. However, these rooms all have Patio doors and can be accessed externally via the patio door and no steps. Each easy-access room has a car park space outside the door. The bathrooms have grab rails and roll-in showers.
