Venue Description

The Haven Suites are three suites for short breaks for children and young people with complex needs. Our downstairs Jordan Suite is fully accessible, and our upstairs Andrew and Sarah Suites are suitable for those who are more ambulant.

Accessibility

The entrance to the Haven Suites is on one level. The door opens via a push pad and is wide enough for wheelchairs. In the downstairs Jordan Suite, everything is on the same level with no slopes. The upstairs Andrew and Sarah Suites must be accessed via stairs, but the downstairs Jordan Suite is fully wheelchair accessible.

Toilets

There are accessible toilets in the Jordan Suite with step-free access. The doors are wide enough for a wheelchair and there are rails inside the bathrooms.
