The venue is managed by: 2 x Full Time Assistant Managers 2 x Full Time & 1 x P/T Receptionists 8 x Full Time Fully Qualified Lifeguards & 1 x P/T Lifeguard Staff can assist disabled users by operating the pool hoist in any of our 3 pools. They can also assist accessing and leaving the venue by pushing wheelchairs, providing an arm to lean on or by simply opening doors on the customers route if required. Please phone in advance if you think you may require any assistance on arrival or at any time during your visit.

Assistance dogs are more than welcome at our venue and there is a local park approximately 150 meters from our main gates. Please call in advance to inform management you will be arriving at the venue with your assistance dog.
