Getting Here

Fringe Central is in Appleton Tower, on the corner of Chapel Street and Crichton Street in central Edinburgh. The building is to the south of the city centre approximately 850m from the main Fringe Shop on the High Street. The nearest railway line is at Waverley Station in the city centre. The main pedestrian access to Appleton Tower is on Chapel Street. There is also an entrance on Crichton Street which has 11 steps. Bus stops on Buccleuch Street are approximately 65m (if heading North) and 70m (if heading south). Parking

There are two disabled parking bays located at the entrance to Windmill Street, near the entrance to Appleton Tower. These bays are for Blue Badge or EU Model Parking Card holders. The two bays are situated on a cobbled surface but the area immediately around the bays is smooth. The surface is suitably graded for wheelchair users. There is good level access to the entrance from these disabled parking bays. Please note, these spaces are allocated on a first come basis; it is not possible to reserve these spaces in advance.
