Food from Argyll at the Pier Café and shop specialises in local produce from Argyll. We are a sit in and take away café and we also have retail goods for sale.

Accessibility

Access to Café is level as is the Café itself. No stairs at all. Café entrance is push/pull doors which are wide enough for wheelchair access. Also unless very windy or cold, doors to café usually remain open. Toilets are within the ferry terminal building and there is a disabled access toilet just inside the main entrance which also has automatic doors.

Toilets

We share toilet facilities with the Ferry Terminal so you do have to leave the Café to get to the toilet. However they are just inside the main entrance to the terminal building, which is directly beside the Café entrance, with automatic doors to the main building. The whole thing is on a level so no ramps or anything to negotiate. The disabled access toilet is right inside the main door on the left and has hand rails, emergency cord, etc. It is not a changing places toilet however.

Staff

Our staff are not specifically trained in this area, however they are more than helpful and will do everything they can to make all of our customers feel happy and welcome and will accommodate anyone with extra needs.
