Fast Aid Medical & Mobility (incorporating Anderson's Medical & Mobility) have been trading for over 35 years. The company has staff located in East and West Scotland and our core business includes the supply of acute care equipment, medical and nursing care consumables.

Fast Aid Medical & Mobility specialise in supply and distribution of medical, first-aid, healthcare and mobility products and equipment to the NHS, social services, private nursing homes, housing associations, and the private individual. Established in 1975, we are located in the East of Scotland where we have our operational base, showroom and training room facility. We have staff located in the East and West of Scotland.

For those customers who would prefer to try product out or be assessed for the most appropriate product, a visit to one of our showrooms is an obvious choice. We stock a wide range of mobility and homecare products, and our branch manager can advise on all your daily living needs.

For prescriptive, made to measure products we will arrange for one of our qualified assessors to meet with you either in your own home, care home or at our showroom to ensure your needs are correctly assessed and appropriate products are prescribed. We also undertake joint visits with Occupational Therapist and other professionals.

Accessibility

The front entrance of the showroom operatures using a buzz for assistance door. They are wide doors which can be opened to ensure accessibility for all types of visitors and all assistance vehicles. There are no ramps, level access throughout the entrance and entire building.

Toilets

The toilets are accessible for manual wheelchair and powerchair users. There are plenty of grab rails and a range of accessibility products fitted to ensure easy use of the facilities.

Staff

Staff have over ten years experience in dealing with the general public and have great customer service skills. They have great knowledge of accessibility and always ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
