We have double doors always open for ease of access, there are no steps as the stores in the centre are all on one level. There are large print notices and display cards. The display phones are available for close inspection. Accessories are clearly displayed and accessible to wheelchair users. Staff are always happy to assist disabled customers and explain the technology. Staff are happy to explain accessibility features of devices such as screen magnification, screen reading, large buttons et al. Plenty of seating is available. We can provide documents and contracts in large print.
