Venue Description

We are one of two EE retail mobile phone and broadband stores in Harrow that provide both sales and support for customers across a range of products and services.

Accessibility

We have level access to our store from the street with a slight slop at the entrance. There are no restrictions for wheelchairs. Accessories are clearly displayed and accessible to wheelchair users. The display phones are available for close inspection. Staff are happy to assist disabled customers and explain the technology. Staff are happy to explain the accessibility features of phones such as screen magnification, screen reading, large buttons. We can provide documents and contracts in large print.

Toilets

There are no accessible toilets in the EE store but there is a Marks & Spencer store next door that has some as well as the St. Anns Shopping Centre which is only 100 meters away.
