Overview
The castle is impressive and the signage is informative and interesting. But if you are in a wheelchair then you cannot gain access into the castle. But there is a path partway around the castle.
Transport & Parking
There is a big parking area and a tarred footpath/road to the castle. That road can also be used by those that are disabled to park closer to the castle.
Access
Unfortunately there is no access into the castle for the disabled as there are only stairs up to the castle. There is only access around the castle in the grounds and to the Chapel in the forest.
Toilets
Unfortunately I was told we couldn't use the toilets on this day and the porta toilet was full and couldn't be used. There were toilets we could use way back at the parking lot but we didn't use it.
Staff
The lady was friendly and gave us the information we needed.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Lots of places with hand sanitiser and notices to please use them.
