Very poor shopping experience

Overview

Stuff everywhere, hard to get around, several areas not accessible to a wheelchair user, unusable toilet.

Adequate Blue Badge parking on a flat surface.

Really difficult to get around the store. There was a good sized lift.

Toilets

They have refurbished the toilets but failed to include a Changing Places toilet. Massive fail.

Staff

Staff didn't appear to spot the difficulties we had at all. We ended up leaving after a short time as there was no usable toilet with a hoist.

You can't change the structure of the building but you can make better decisions about organising the displays so as not to obstruct people.

Trip hazard for visually impaired people and a nuisance for wheelchair users.

Getting around in an elf sized chair is okay, but it is much harder for people sized wheelchair users.

Removing a wall and using this space, currently occupied by bins for sale, would provide ample space for a Changing Places toilet.
