Overview
Went to see the new Bob Dylan biopic after booking online and getting excellent advice from the DCA website about what to expect.
Transport & Parking
We drove there and back. We'd been warned in advance there were only two dedicated blue badge parking spaces. Disappointing to see an older, but able-bodied lady driver take the second space just as we arrived. She then paid for a ticket at the machine (despite signs saying blue badge holders could park in any space for free) and walked off. Fortunately we were able to park in an adjoining car park, again for free. This meant we had to walk 60 yards rather than 10 yards, but this was OK. Lift from car park to all floors.
Access
I walk with two sticks. Cafe tables were well spaced. Cinema entry was by a carpeted ramp. You come in at the back row, ans there are four disabled and companion seats in a gallery above the carpeted ramp, so the walk there is even shorter. All these facilities are clearly shown on the website seat reservation, and the website also offers a video to familiarise first timers what to expect.
Toilets
Did not use the toilets.
Staff
Everyone was helpful and explained where to walk etc. Service was prompt and attentive.
