Dorking Museum aims to preserve and present the heritage of Dorking and its surrounding villages and countryside by collecting, conserving, interpreting and displaying items of historic interest, and to provide facilities for study and research.
Accessibility
The ground floor of the Museum is fully accessible for disabled visitors. We have a disabled toilet. On our first floor - we have our Archives library - if visitors wanted to use the archives, then our volunteers would be very happy to bring the records down to the ground floor.
Awards List
We are members of the Museums Association and the Association of Independent Museums.
