Overview
Access to the theatre as a powerchair user was decent.
Transport & Parking
Nearest bus station is Derby Bus Station a few minutes walk away. There is a car park which you can access via lift inside the theatre.
Access
Main entrance is level and the doors are always open. I booked my tickets at the Box Office inside (the counter was high) but they have a lowered section available. Wheelchair seating cannot be booked online. It has to be done in person or over the phone. View from wheelchair seating was great. The lights in the theatre that were on when show wasn't were very bright and made my eyes feel funny. Wheelchair spaces were on P row which is the highest level. Payment for merchandise and drinks was with cash only. There was no lowered counter in the cafe. The lift to the floors was quite small, would be difficult to fit a large wheelchair and a carer into it.
Toilets
Toilet in reception/cafe area was very small. There were grab rails around the toilet and sink. A huge bin next to the toilet which was blocking transfer, a baby changing table and a baby changing chair. I struggled to fit in this loo and there wasn't enough space to exit my chair. Toilet on level 2 was better but you may struggle to fit two people in. There were white bars around toilet and sink. There was another baby changing table in here.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
Accessible tickets should be able to be booked online, in my opinion it isn't equal access if those with access needs have to book online. Allowing contactless payments for things during interval too will help as not everyone can manage physical money easily.
