Not suitable for wheelchair users

Overview
While the car park, visitor centre and cafe are accessible with ramps and wide spaces the accessible toilet is somewhat poorly designed. I read the accessibility guide before visiting which curiously does not show the wheelchair accessible route. Presumably as it is disappointingly very short and entirely uncomfortable for wheelchair users gravel. Worse it misses out 95% of the gardens out so all you can see is a handful of flowers and trees. Given it's short length and admission cost of £7 concession (carer free) it is very hard to recommend. I had high hopes having taken my mum to the similarly priced Edinburgh Botanic Gardens and Glasshouse as well as Benmore Gardens which are part of the same group and excellent but she was left very disappointed and upset by her day out here.
