Venue Description

At Cullen Sea School you can choose from coastal rowing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding (SUP) and sailing. Amazing activities to stimulate the senses, keep you fit, healthy and active all set against the stunning backdrop of Cullen Bay and Cullen’s historic harbour. Regardless of your level of confidence, experience or current skillset, water activities can be enjoyed by all. Our skilled and experienced instructors will help you to improve, or even begin, your journey to finding a water activity that’s right for you. We host monthly Cullen beach cleans and themed online talks with guest speakers.

Accessibility

Level access into sea school yard from which you enter the ground floor of the sea school building. The changing rooms and toilets are located on the first floor via a flight of stairs which is split in two with a small landing half way up. There is an accessible lift which a door which can accommodate a wheelchair and takes passengers up and down to the first floor. On the first floor we have an accessible wet room changing room with shower, sink and toilets and hand/grab rails.

Toilets

The disabled toilets are located on the first floor of the premises and are wheelchair accessible via a lift from the ground floor. The doors are wide enough for a manual or power wheelchair and there is a grab rail. There are easy turn taps and locks.

Our staff are on hand from first arrival to departure to offer assistance where required.
