Such a good shop but staff let it down
Unfortunately the staff are rather rude and not accomodating as much as they appear to be. I have also noted that the owner is rather military regarding poor reviews. Unfortunately any criticism...

Friendly helpful staff, cosy yet elegant atmosphere
The staff made us feel very welcome. The facilities, seating area etc were comfortable and spotless. We stayed for 2 hours!
