The number 8 bus from Bristol City Centre runs to Clifton Village and Christchurch, just a short walk from the bridge. Services are roughly every 10 minutes throughout the day.

There are two allocated parking spaces for blue badge users in the layby between the Visitor Centre and bridge in Leigh Woods at BS8 3PA. There is one allocated parking space for blue badge users on the Clifton approach to the bridge, just before the Toll House.
