Venue Description

Clacton Factory Outlet has a wide range of stores selling quality goods, where you can save up to 60% off high street prices as well as an array of casual dining and food on-the-go options to enhance your shopping trip.

Accessibility

Access is via surface level crossings to our shopping mall - this is currently a temporary access route from our car park, as there are redevelopment works underway. All stores have wide entrance doors and are on a single level. Free wheelchair loan and large print site plans are also available from the Information Centre.

Toilets

There are two disabled toilets on-site, both with grab rails and lever taps. Both are on the same level and have wide door access.

Staff

Our Staff do not have any formal training, but are helpful to customers of all abilities.
