Overview

when the lift is working, access is good however lifts do breakdown but a bigger issue here is when the river floods, the lift tends to have to be closed. so my biggest piece of advice would be to contact them rather than just turning up.

When the river is flooded and reaches a certain (unusually high) level it comes into our basement and our lift shaft floods too - drop us an email - cityscreenyork@picturehouses.co.uk - to check with the Duty Manager during floods if you are uncertain.
