Overview

Great experience overall - the staff were friendly, there was step free access to where we needed to go and there was a good sized accessible loo. There are also some interesting facts behind some of the paintings on display!

Transport & Parking

Great! We were at the City Chambers for an event and were able to reserve a parking space right outside. However, for general visits I'm not sure if you can do this. There are a couple of bus stops nearby though.

Access

There is a cobbled courtyard that could pose a problem to some, but once we had negotiated that there was no problem. Step free access to reception (this is actually on the 5th floor) and then a comfortable sized lift to head to the other floors.
