Public transportation is available a short distance from the Museums Town Hall location. Buses are accessible from the The Broadway bus stops (A and B) which offer a variety of links to local towns and villages including High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Bovingdon, Chartridge and is a 3 minute walk from the Town Hall, Pednormead End: 7 minute walk and Red Lion St, Chesham: 10 minute walk all of which are accessible without steps. Chesham Underground Station is a 7 minute walk away and has bi-hourly trains to Central London on the Metropolitan line, this station has step-free access but is accessible only through walking up.

Accessible parking is available, The parking allocation for blue badge users is generous, but this is a short distance from the front entrance to the Town Hall on the reserve of the building, this is a level, solid car park surface and at front there are dropped kerbs available.
