We are working with homeowners in your community to provide safe, comfortable CareRooms for convalescence as an alternative to a long hospital stay, to avoid admission into hospital and for short respite breaks. When you book into a CareRoom we will assess your individual needs to make sure that we can find you a suitable, safe place to recover or relax in comfort. We can provide extra equipment and external CQC trained care if required.

Staff

All of our Hosts are trained after our extensive on-boarding process including multiple interviews, of the Host and their household, along with DBS background checks on everyone in the household over the age of 16. Once we’re comfortable with everybody who may have even a passing interaction with a Guest, our Area Managers will conduct an assessment of property suitability. After we’re sure the home meets our criteria, the Host will then complete training on Adult Safeguarding, Food Safety Level 2, Cleaning & Infection Control and The Mental Health Capacity Act. We match all of our Guests with a like-minded Host to make sure that every stay is the best it can be.
