Venue Description

Café 164 is part of a developing group of independent bakeries and coffee shops with a focus on ciabatta and focaccia sandwiches, situated in Munro House at the corner of Duke Street and York Street. The focus here is on speciality coffee and great food in a fantastic environment. A sit-in location, the café has an in-house gallery, exhibition and event space, as well as being fully licensed and wheelchair accessible. The gallery and café hosts a rolling showcase of exhibitions and events, as well as collaborative projects across the city.

Accessibility

We have a disabled lift which gives access to the cafe from the foyer entrance. There is level, step free access through the cafe and gallery space.

Toilets

We are in the process of installing fully accessible toilet facilities which should be completed in Spring 2019.
