Overview
I visited the Brighton Centre last week with my husband, who is a double amputee, to see the Ice Show, Passion. As we were aware that there were road works outside The Centre we drove down West Street intending to park in The Mall. Unfortunately we were unable to turn left into the car park but as luck would have it there were a couple of roadside parking spaces on double yellow lines, which we were able to use with the blue badge. On entering The Centre the facilities were excellent, a lift to take us up to the next floor and a disable toilet with easy access. The staff were very helpful and showed us to our seats, with my husband in his electric chair right in front of my seat behind him. The show was brilliant, skaters very professional, colourful costumes and with audience participation, a really enjoyable night out.
Transport & Parking
As mentioned we parked on double yellow lines with the blue badge on West Street, but if we had entered West Street from Kings Road then we could have driven into The Mall car park without a problem. By driving to the lowest level to park one would only have to cross the road into The Centre.
