Overview

We queued for about 25 minutes on a Saturday night to get a table for 6 but we enjoyed having a chat while we waited. The friendly staff on the door ask you how many in your party and direct you to seating when it becomes available. The dining area feels really nice - mood lighting and lovely decor. There are different styles of chairs and tables - I am sure the staff at the door would get you what you need. We ordered our drinks via an app and they areive at the table. Then you wander around the market stalls taking in the sights and smells. Once you decide what you'd like you place an order, receive a buzzer and return to your table. When your buzzer goes you collect your food. I can't comment on what service is like if you need extra assistance in ordering and retrieving your food - but there are plenty of staff around and I have found them pretty helpful for other queries. The food is delicious. We had three fussy teens with us. Everyone was happy with their meals. There is Chinese, Indian, fish n chips, pizza, chicken and chips, pancakes, ice cream all from different vendors. Whilst classic market stall foods, it is fresh and cooked while you wait and all served beautifully. We like to come here for a special treat as it does feel upmarket. There is a fair bit of room to move about in. It is all on one level, except there is a toilet area with stairs to get up in (the accessible toilets are adjacent to these and not up the steps). In can get busy but it is a relaxed atmosphere. There were two accessible toilets located at different areas. One of them had the emergency red cord tied up. So if a disabled person fell this could potentially make it very dangerous if they could not reach it to signal for help. I untied the cord and left a Euan's Guide card on it that asks people to let the red cord hang freely to the ground.

In the St James Quarter - there is parking available. We took the tram to St Andrew Square and got there via Multrees Walk. Lifts and escalators available to Level 4.

There is a heavy door but it has always been staffed when I've been and they arrange your seating for you.

Toilets

Two accessible toilets. One toilet had more room to the right hand side, and the other toilet had more room next to the left hand side.
