Accessibility

Bonnie & Wild is a fully accessible venue. Our doors are push doors. They're usually open, but we have them staffed anyway to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome. Standard lifts throughout St James Quarter will take you up in comfort to Level 4 where you will find our beautiful Food Hall. Plenty of Blue Badge parking, plus additional mobility support available. The vast area of our Food Hall is all level. However, we do have a couple of steps up to the ladies and gents toilets, but we have accessible toilets on either side of this area so there are comfortable facilities for all our guests. We use QR codes for ordering drinks. Our videos are subtitled. Menus and allergen information are available online on our website, while the menus of each food stall are printed large at each of our concessions. Our trained staff will happily support anyone with mobility issues or who may require additional assistance.

Toilets

Our Food Hall is almost entirely on one level. However, we do have a couple of steps up to the ladies and gents toilets, but we have accessible toilets on either side of this area so there are comfortable facilities for all our guests.
