The first thing is being able to get in to your branch. We've provided level access and power-assisted doors. We’ve also improved lighting and have seating areas and quiet areas if required. All our branches have hearing induction loops fitted at the counter for hearing aid users. We also offer portable induction loops for discussions away from the counter or in an interview room All our new cash machines have been designed to be easier to use with clear, easy-to-read screens and keypads with raised dots and as well as standard text labels. The majority of our cash machines now provide an audio service. Plug your earphones into the socket and press 5, and you’ll hear a full range of options from withdrawing cash to changing your PIN.
