We are a city centre Barclays Branch with counter service, automated service machines, banking advisers, mortgage advisers and business managers available for all your baking needs.

Accessibility

All our branch machines are located on the ground floor, which offer withdrawals, deposits, transfers, statement printing and more. Our ATMs are audio with the use of headphones. Our banking advisers can come to you in the banking hall with an Ipad to service more complex requests. At our counter we have a low till. We have a lift also, making all areas of the bank accessible. We have a hearing loop and signvideo interpreting for customer who require a meeting in British Sign Language. Accessible account services include large print/ Braille statements, signature stamps, bank note gauges, audio pinsentry and high visibility debit cards. Our mobile banking app also has a live chat function. We also have private rooms if you require for meetings with our advisors.
