Venue Description

Babylon Arts' mission is to develop creativity and connect communities with arts and culture. Located on the picturesque riverside in Ely, the gallery and gift shop is one part of the offering of this independent arts development charity run by ADEC (Arts Development in East Cambridgeshire). Babylon Arts has an enviable reputation for delivering a high quality, wide ranging programme of visual art, film, live events and significant education and community based projects in Ely and beyond. The gallery and gift shop, at the stunning Waterside location in Ely is one part of their work. It hosts a wide variety of exhibits, displays and events.

Accessibility

The Gallery is wheelchair accessible. Assistance Dogs are welcome. An accessible toilet is available during events, at other times there is an accessible public toilet within 3 minutes of Babylon Gallery, at Ship Lane car park. The gallery and gift shop is located on one floor at ground level. The front door is power assisted.
