Overview

Convenient location, clean facility, enough room to manouevre. The changing table didn't appear to be height-adjustable, although the shopping centre website suggests that it is. Instructions on how to use it and fold it away would have been helpful.

Good clean facility in convenient location for shops and carpark. Quick response from attendant via the intercom to let us in as we didn't have a RADAR key. The shopping centre website says that the table is height-adjustable, but it didn't look like it was and no instructions were provided for how to use it. There was enough room for 2 carers and a wheelchair without having to squeeze round the wheelchair. Size of room was approx 2.2mx2.6m
