arc Shopping Centre has open air malls with covered walkways on a single level throughout. All shops, restaurants and The Apex are fully accessible with lifts to their first floor where applicable.

Toilets

Customer toilet facilities within arc Shopping Centre are located just off of Hanchet Square, pass the side of New Look from the main Charter Square to access them. These facilities include: Fixed height adult changing table along with adjustable powered hoist. Radar Key access (you can borrow a Radar Key from Centre Management – press the intercom located outside the Public Toilets). Fitted with emergency alarms. Our disabled and high dependency toilets are Crohn’s and Colitis accessible. Staff

Some of arc Shopping Centre's staff have received Mental Health training, and although they don't have any formal disability training, they are helpful to customers of all abilities.

We do not have any exercise facilities where dogs can be allowed off of a lead, due to the town centre location of arc Shopping Centre.

Other assistance dog facilities
