Amaya is one of the leading fine dining restaurants serving Indian food in the world today. It is part of the acclaimed Masala World Group, whose London restaurants serve Indian cuisines of the highest quality. The other restaurants in the group are leading fine dining restaurants, Veeraswamy and Chutney Mary, and 7 Masala Zone restaurants which are brasserie restaurants.
Opened in October 2004, where fashionable Knightsbridge meets Belgravia.
Amaya set the trend for a new wave of Indian Cuisine worldwide. It won awards for the Best Restaurant and the Best New Restaurant awards and in 2006, it also became one of the very few Indian restaurants to be awarded a Star in any Michelin Red Guide.
