Affinity Lancashire Outlet Shopping Centre is a place where people come to shop, meet friends, eat and drink - and relax. We are located just off the A585 in Fleetwood. We have 700 free parking and accessible spaces. We are on the marina side.

We believe that shopping should be an enjoyable and accessible experience for all, and we are committed to making our website and physical space as accessible as possible. We are constantly learning and working to improve our accessibility. The entrance is easily accessible from the car park and we have ramped access into the mall. We have 32 blue badge spaces located right by our centre entrance and the entrance is close to the bus stop and also close to an accessible toilet. There are no steps to negotiate around the centre and all stores are accessed on ground level. Sports Direct does have an upstairs floor, but they provide a lift for customer use. We have two toilet areas at the centre, one by the main entrance and the other by Sports Direct, and both have spacious and well equipped restrooms with accessible toilets. The centre has lots of benches and seating areas throughout, perfectly positioned for a rest break, and there are spacious dedicated areas in the centre where you can enjoy your own lunch. We offer free non-motorised wheelchair hire, available from our management office and we offer sensory borrow bags which can be borrowed during your visit to make shopping more comfortable for those who can find shopping stressful. We have two toilet areas at the centre, one by the main entrance and the other by Sports Direct, and both have spacious and well equipped restrooms with accessible toilets.
