Overview
The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome and supported me along the way. The airport also had the use of a manual wheelchair which was useful if I wanted to take myself off to a toilet. I liked that after security the team offered to take me on a route through the duty free shops which is something that wasn't offered at Heathrow and some other UK shops. I have felt previously that I would have liked to have seen the shops and this was a great idea. The team also left me in a restaurant and reassured me the time they would pick me up. They also found the restaurant manager so I didn't have to go up to the bar and order. Above and beyond! The only thing I would say that the disabled toilet didn't have a powered door. Therefore, it made it slightly difficult manoeuvring in and out of the toilet with a wheelchair.
Transport & Parking
Access
I was dropped off by a taxi and straight outside there was an Accessability meeting point with chairs. It was easily visable and it housed a phone in which I could call the team to come and pick me up. This was amazing and is something which I haven't seen at other UK airports. I find that usually I have to walk quite a far distance to find the assistance desk.

Staff
I can't comment the staff enough. They made me feel very supportive at each step of the travel through the airport.
