Flat 9 Quayside Court is a 3 bedroomed penthouse apartment only metres from the sea and in the heart of the beautiful Victorian seaside resort of Swanage. It has private parking and a private lift and sleeps up to 8 people

Accessibility

From the car park there is a paved path to the side of the property (small step up from car park) leading to the entrance to the lift foyer. There is door threshold to cross over into the foyer. Then there is a step into the lift. A ramp can be made available if requested in advance. A person in a wheelchair with assistance should be able to gain access to the lift without the use of a ramp. Once in the lift, the lift will take you to 3rd floor. Once on the third floor it is level throughout with no further steps or raised thresholds. Doorways are all wide enough for a wheelchair
