Running home for Christmas
Kevin Sinfield CBE and team are raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association, Leeds Hospitals Charity, Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association, My Name'5 Doddie Foundation, MND Scotland and The Darby Rimmer MND Foundation this week by Running Home for Christmas.
The challenge started on Sunday 1 December with a run from Liverpool to Wrexham, before they headed to Gloucester, Bristol, and Belfast. Yesterday, Kevin reached Glasgow where Julie from Euan's Guide was to show our support - we're so honoured that Euan's Guide's logo was printed on Kevin's running shirt!
Kevin and the team are now running on to Hull, Northampton, Leicester, and Manchester before finally reaching home to Saddleworth on Saturday 7 December.
Every penny raised in memory of Rob Burrows and Doddie Weir and in honour of Stephen Darby, Ed Slater and the 5,000 other people around the UK who are living with MND will be donated to the charities who do so much to support those affected by this devastating disease.
If you'd like to show your support you can find out more on the JustGiving page.
