Fabulous velocity zip wire experience with daughter with a severe learning disability accompanied by her two brothers

Although we aren’t wheelchair users the whole building is wheelchair accessible with a lift to each level and the viewing areas

We had provided all my daughters special needs before we arrived and found all the staff to be superb. She was a bit nervous on the first zip wire so when she arrived at the big one Velocity 2 the staff were wonderful and reassuring, taking as much time as she needed before setting off. This was all captured on her head cam and lovely to watch afterwards.
