No concept of how to accommodate additional needs - avoid like the plague

Overview
We wanted to take our little lad out tonight and landed at this dump, which despite its bright lights and bonny colours had my son and his mam in tears within minutes thanks to the disgraceful way we were treated by the staff. Our boy has ADHD and the whole spectrum of sensory processing difficulties, can be loud and is impulsive and easily distracted. We requested a 'quiet' seat/corner away from the main bustle of the open plan restaurant, where we could sit out with our shopping and enjoy a meal. We were declined our suggestions of where we felt was suitable, and were told to sit right next to the till/dirty dishes trolley. It was noisy and distracting. We said that this would not meet our needs and our son chose his own seat a couple of tables away. The charmless greeter told us we would not get served if he sat there (he was now getting upset) - telling us those seats were 'closed' - she then ushered in other customers who were presumably allowed to sit in the quieter seats our boy was refused. Obviously we left, without giving them a penny, however I pointed out to the manager that his staff had really upset my son and wife. He offered no apology whatsoever for the way we'd been treated and requested that I 'step outside' to discuss this. Really? Honestly folks - avoid this place like the plague. Instead, we went along the street to ZAAP (who do nice Thai food) and they were extremely friendly and accommodating, unlike the deeply unhelpful and disrespectful Za Za's Bazzar to whom inclusion, welcome and customer service were totally alien concepts.

Horrific. Rude, argumentative and without any concept of the notion that they openly refused to allow our son to sit anywhere quiet, instead offering the same seats to a gang of men.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Based on this experience, I would not set foot in Za Za's Bazzar ever again. We went there for a family night out and they reduced my son to tears within minutes.

Wholeheartedly agree. My experience backs this up.
