Best Sushi outside of London but a challenging venue

Overview
BILL is a legendary 1 man Sushi machine and he is no spring chicken. His 16 seater restaurant is absolutely fantastic but unfortunately has zero accessible features... however he is so accommodating and willing to help please do not let this put you off. He will ensure super speedy service, help a wheelchair user up the step to get in
Transport & Parking
We parked in a nearby accessible carpark, there is a bus stop right outside and the city station is 5 min walk/push
Access
There is a large step to the door, it was pouring with rain so I couldn't get a photo but my 16 year old daughter and BILL helped bump me up. The restaurant is a tiny period property and there is no way it could be made accessible.
Toilets
The WC is up a step, thru the back kitchen, round the corner and completely inaccessible to a wheelchair user. The Mayflower theatre opposite and the Mayflower Village Pub 1 min walk opposite both have accessible facilities.
Staff
Bill is a legend and will do literally anything to help and his food is off the scale. If you can put up with being man handled in, you will not regret it.
